ERC was formed and founded by Brian and Diana Frizzell. In owning their own successful counseling practice, they noticed that people who have highly effective careers or are in places of prominent influence have struggles and pressures that are distinctive. Influential people sometimes are isolated from the very help they need. Being in the helping profession as a licensed professional counselor and a professional life coach they decided to focus on helping thriving people to have winning relationships. With this in mind, The Frizzells decided to bring their 30+ combined years of experience in their profession along with their 30+ years of a fulfilling marriage to help successful people have effective relationships.
